As a North Jersey Real Estate Advisor serving Sussex County,  Warren County, Morris County with a strong focus on Sparta and Lake Mohawk. Sarah helps home owners, buyers, landowners and builders make smart real estate decisions that align with their goals and lifestyle.

She does this by combining local market conditions,  insight and smart strategy.  Sarah has a deep understanding of how homes, land and new construction create long term value and smart investment.  Since beginning her career in 2015, Sarah has worked directly with buyers and sellers in both resale and new construction through every stage of the process.  Her background in homebuilding givs her a rare and valuable perspective on what drives value and what buyers are really looking for.   Positioning property so it is exposed and connects with the right audience is crucial and Sarah is masterful!

Before launching her own real estate business, Sarah built an award winning carer with home builder Ryan Homes, helping lead sales and marketing strategy during the company's  North Jersey market expansion.  That experience gave her a behind-the-scenes understanding of how successful communities are created, prices, positioned and sold from land planning and product strategy to buyer behavior, community launches and collaboration with sales, mortgage, land aquisition, marketing and construction team management.  Her experience includes leading successful community launches, shaping price strategy and helping drive high performing new home sales across North Jersey.

Today, Sarah's work is centered around 3 clear areas:  Residential Sales, Land Strategy and Builder Partnerships.  

For homebuyers and sellers, she makes the process feel seemless, strategic and much easier to navigate.  For landowners, she expertly helps evaluate property through builder demand, development potential and highest-and-best use strategy to help maximize value.  For builders and homebuilders, she brings first hand new construction expertise in pricing, positioning, buyer behavior, launch strategy and Northwest New Jersey market demand.

Sarah's connection to Sparta and Lake Mohawk is personal.  This is where she lives and is raising her family!  She volunteers at Reverand Brown School and spends Summer days on the lake gathered with friends, neighbors and family.  This firsthand experience shapes the way she guides clients.  To Sarah, real estate is not just about where people live.  It is about helping them build a life that they love coming home to!
